RENEWABLE ENERGY
We strive to ensure that the energy we consume is renewable within our capabilities.
Additionally, we analyze our energy consumption data, set targets to reduce our energy usage, and take measures to achieve these goals.
RECYCLE
We collaborate with recycling centers to reuse textile and garment waste from our production units as raw materials, protecting our natural resources and reducing harmful environmental impacts.
DIALOGUE
To create a working environment where employees can communicate healthily with management, we have established a fair and reliable employee representation system in all our factories. By holding regular meetings with our representatives, we continue to take steps to continuously improve the working environment in our factories.
FAIR WAGES
We believe that our employees can achieve a fair income that meets their and their families' basic needs and allows them to save through a fair wage system.
Accordingly, we work to improve their sense of belonging to our company and enhance their living conditions through a fair, understandable, and development-oriented wage management system developed based on their competencies and skills.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
From the design phase of products to production consumption, waste formation, recycling, and disposal, we deliver our waste within a discipline to licensed recycling and disposal facilities approved by the Ministry of Environment. We measure our waste quantities and set targets to reduce them.
We support the Zero Waste Project. In this direction, we regularly conduct training for all our employees on environmental awareness and waste management.
